He takes the time to explain every step of the process and treats my kids with such kindness and care. Had my daughter’s first dentist visit here when she turned one. Great experience! The staff were all so friendly. They posted her name on the sign in the lobby for new patients and we were able to do a Photo Booth session as a little souvenir to commemorate the occasion. The location was convenient in a large dental building right off the freeway with plenty of parking. The office was spacious with a reading area, aquarium, and gaming consoles. She was given several trinkets from the prize shelf, which she loves! Dr. Wu was amazing, very friendly, informative, and was great with my daughter. The first visit is a quick look but focused more on teaching parents how to brush their baby’s teeth and giving guidance.
