Dr. Sam and his staff were wonderful. Very kind and hospitable. He did a great job educating me and giving me techniques for an easier time brushing my son‘s teeth. He was also very understanding to my desire to abstain from using fluoride toothpaste with my son.He recommended it, but was very good about not being pushy and he respected my decisions. He offered an alternative fluoride, free toothpaste. All of his staff were very sweet and were great with my son. We recently took our son in for his second visit and had the best experience. I also went to Dr. De Lorme as a child and it’s fully circle bringing my own children now! My son felt comfortable and loved going to the dentist because of how friendly and accommodating everyone was! The hygienist was incredible- very kind, approachable, and got my daughter to do everything needed for the check up and cleaning. I was so impressed. Dr. John was approachable, professional, and time efficient while looking at my daughters teeth. I appreciated the feedback and felt no judgement from the entire staff. The ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming, and the hygienist is thorough, gentle, and takes such great care of our daughter’s teeth while always respecting and honoring our boundaries. My 3 kids have had two visits so far and the office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Lorme have exceeded my expectations. All the staff have been so nice and communicative and Dr. De Lorme really connects with the kids, provides a real comprehensive exam, and explains to both the kids and parents about what is going and potential next steps. He is kind and makes the kids feel safe and helps grownups be informed. Everyone has always been so friendly and patient with my son. We have been going to this dentist since my son was 8 months. Now at 6 years old, he still doesn’t like anyone touching or poking at him. Not the most easy patient. But the group is quick and efficient. Dr. DeLorme and staff has a great way with making the kids feel comfortable. We appreciate that! They posted her name on the sign in the lobby for new patients and we were able to do a Photo Booth session as a little souvenir to commemorate the occasion. The location was convenient in a large dental building right off the freeway with plenty of parking. The office was spacious with a reading area, aquarium, and gaming consoles. She was given several trinkets from the prize shelf, which she loves! Dr. Wu was amazing, very friendly, informative, and was great with my daughter. The first visit is a quick look but focused more on teaching parents how to brush their baby’s teeth and giving guidance.
